Our participants are recruited through our community partners in urban youth programs, inner city churches and other economic and workforce development programs. The apprentices are from 18-28 years old and must have a minimum of a G.E.D. or high school diploma. The applicants must have a valid driver's license and transportation, be documented citizens and be in good physical condition. They must also be subject to random drug screening. All of these are basic requirements to be eligible for employment by our corporate partners and established trades programs.
